I am so happy that I have finally finished the newest member to my design collection. The Two Tone Stole literally stole the rest of the little patience that I had and now my brain scrambles to settle one just one project though I just ten. I am so happy to throw that monkey off my back that I just don't know what to do with my little self. It would be so bad if all I had to do what make it but the design process made it a bear to do. But it's finally done all, and I hope you like it as much as I do.
I was so frustrated with it that I no longer saw the beauty in it until I went to block it. Looking at all the texture and the softness that the edging added reminded me of how much I really wanted to do something nice with the rarely used Tunisian hook. It has encouraged me to do more with more color, but I plan on keeping it small.
If you have a Tunisian crochet project you are proud of, share it with us.

I am finally getting to the end of this stole or atleast that's what I think it is. Speaking with a fellow crocheter, we seem to agree that people throw names around in the weirdest ways. But to each his/her own.
I have one more row to complete then I will add the trim in a third color. I would have loved for this to be a wrap but didn't feel like doing the extra math. I was simply to anxious to get started and you can't keep frogging something with a beginning ch of 203 sts. Aahhh!! Did one frog if you just must know. The biggest reason why it will only be two colors is that Tunisian crochet hook has no thumb grip or flat part and that little little feature is the difference between love and hate, and the size of this stole turned into unjoy in a New York minute.
Unfortunately I cannot stop thinking of other things I really want to do with Tunisian but I have learned to keep it small. Keep your eye out for more. I hope to have the pattern for this done within the week. The operative word being hope, so nose to the grindstone I shall do.
P.S. If you can think of a good name for it let me know.
I have bowed to the beast that is this stole. Until I get my other wrist operated on I am in slow motion with short patience. Instead of the four colors I had planned I am reducing it to two. I hope to come out from under the beast in a week. Until then here is a preview.
Hi all,
If things look different here, they are. I had two websites I was running and decided to shut one down so that I could concentrate on my crochet site and in the process of shutting down the other site my crochet site's blog and store got lost.
I am in the process of getting my store back up but you can still get Pride Bands at my site. I have been busy crocheting and knitting but mostly working on a new Tunisian crochet design. I hope to have it done this year. :) Until then I will post a photo of the wip soon.
For all of you that have stuck with me I thank you for you support. You will have to reregister though because I literally lost everything.
